Your house keeps its own counsel.

Casient is monitored so that your house keeps working. It is built so that monitoring never needs to look at how you live.

What stays in your house

The decisions, the schedules and your KNX project run on the Casient Keystone in your rack. They do not need the internet to work, and they are not sent anywhere to be run.

What Casient monitors

The unit, not the household. Monitoring checks that the Keystone is running, that updates have been applied and whether anything has faulted, so your integrator can fix a problem before you notice it. It does not look at which rooms you use, when, or who is home.

Chat and the cloud

Chat uses a cloud AI for harder questions. Only the question you ask is sent. Day-to-day decisions never leave the building.

Who can look inside

You decide. Your integrator can look inside your house only when you allow it, for a set time, and every look is logged.

You can always overrule it

Anything you press at the wall happens, every time. Casient never fights a switch or a keypad, and if you change what it did, it takes the hint and backs off.

If the internet drops

The KNX bus and Casient keep running. Only chat and remote access pause until the connection returns.

If your integrator leaves, or Casient disappears

Your KNX keeps working without Casient. Safety logic stays on the bus, and your project file is yours.

What never happens

Nothing about your house is sold, or used for advertising.
